As TP-Link continues to strengthen and expand its Nordic consumer business, we are now looking for a Category Manager to join our Nordic team.
Job role and responsibilities:
· Own and drive selected Nordic E-commerce accounts and category growth initiatives across the region.
· Own the full go-to-market strategy for selected product categories across the Nordic market.
· Drive pricing strategy, product positioning, localization of messaging and commercial launch plans.
· Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities to optimize category performance and go-to-market initiatives.
· Influence local product strategy and provide direct market feedback to HQ and product teams.
· Develop strong commercial and technical understanding of consumer networking, smart home and connected technology products.
· Work across product categories including networking smart home and surveillance products, with responsibility across brands such as Deco, Archer and Tapo.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· You have at least 3 years of experience within category management, go-to-market, product management or similar commercial roles within consumer electronics, IT, networking, smart home or related technology industries.
· Professional communication skills in both English and Chinese are required for the role.
· Experience working with E-commerce, networking or smart home products is highly valued.
· Strong commercial mindset with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, product features and market dynamics.
· Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
· Structured and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
· Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
· Long-term mindset with motivation to grow within the organization over time.

Place of work: Hybrid setup between remote work and office presence for candidates based in Sweden, or remote from another Nordic country.
Office is located at Gustav lll:s Boulevard, Solna.
