About the Role As Nordic HR Manager, you will take on a strategic yet hands-on role, supporting across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you’ll work closely with managers to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals — from talent development and organizational change to leadership coaching and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit Sales, Technical and other selected roles.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employment law, and best practices across the Nordic region.
- Establish training programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Manage employee-relation issues, implement processes to reduce risk to the business.
- Work closely with the Country Manager on strategic HR planning and execution.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Up to date knowledge of good practice and emerging trends in the field of HR, ideally from ICT or consumer electronics industry.
- Deep understanding of employment law and HR compliance of at least one Nordic country.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Experience from well-known Nordic or international companies with Nordic operations is a huge plus.
- Professional fluency in both Swedish and English.
