Business Development Manager - VAR

TP-Link Nordic has a strong local presence with an established office in Sweden since 2013, supporting regional growth and customer success through innovation, reliability, and strategic partnerships.   TP-Link is rapidly growing within the B2B channel, and to support our continued expansion, we are now hiring a Business Development Manager to join the Channels Team to drive growth through the development of our partners and end-customers.   We are looking for candidates who bring deep sector knowledge and who can blend strategic vision with creative thinking to build lasting partnerships and generate impactful business results in their respective markets.   Job role and responsibilities:

  • Manage existing partners (VAR/SI/MSP/Installer) and key accounts in the Nordics, across enterprise networking and electrical channels.
  • Work closely with VADs and internal VAD team to develop new partners and key accounts.
  • Organize industry events together with our Marketing team to enhance brand awareness.
  • Perform competition analysis.

Desired Skills and Experience:

You bring at least 5 years of experience in Account Management within enterprise networking solutions or electrical products, ideally gained from a vendor or VAD. Your deep market knowledge is paired with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities.

Experience from vertical markets: hospitality, education, and multi-dwelling units (MDU) is a strong advantage:

Strong analytical capabilities with a strategic mindset, consistently approaching complex challenges with depth and creativity. Able to develop and propose innovative solutions that deliver real impact.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to catch the points in a fast-paced environment.

  • Place of work: hybrid or remote and office if you live in Stockholm region; 100% remote if you live outside Stockholm region.
