About the Role As an HR & Recruitment Specialist, you will take on a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on recruitment while gradually expanding your scope within broader HR areas. Supporting Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, you will work closely with the Nordic HR Manager and hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire talent across Sales, Technical, and selected corporate functions.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly comfortable driving end-to-end recruitment, proactive search, and candidate outreach and who is motivated to grow into a broader HR role. You will play a key part in building strong pipelines, ensuring high-quality hiring, and contributing to HR initiatives that support business growth in a fast-moving Nordic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Technical, and other selected roles across the Nordics.
  • Proactively screen CV:s, search, and engage candidates using multiple channels and creative outreach approaches.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, advise on profiles, and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, helping shape how people experience our company internally and externally.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employment law, and best practices across the Nordic region.
  • Support broader HR activities such as onboarding, employee relations and HR processes in close collaboration with the Nordic HR Manager and HR team.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in IT, ICT, or consumer electronics environments.
  • Enthusiastic about employer branding and enhancing the candidate experience, with a creative mindset to improve HR processes.
  • Background in HR is a plus, or have a clear ambition to broaden skills within general HR over time.
  • Up to date knowledge of good practice and emerging trends in the field of Recruitment and HR.
  • Exposure to HR policies, employment law, and HR best practices across the Nordic region is a strong advantage.
  • Professional fluency in both Swedish and English.

Additional Information

  • Location: Hybrid (remote and office-based at Gustav III:s Boulevard 54, 169 74 Solna).
  • Start date: Preferable during Q1 2026.
