We are looking for a pragmatic and experienced B2B Marketing Specialist with a background in the IT industry. You will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives for TP-Link’s expanding business segments: Omada by TP-Link and VIGI by TP-Link.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment, is solutions-oriented, and has the ability to turn insights into targeted campaigns that deliver real business value. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with outbound and inbound marketing activities, demonstrating expertise in: Content development and optimization, Advertising, Event planning.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs, habits, and trends of VARs and VADs.
- Developing value proposition for creative B2B marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with external partners (VAR/SI/VAD) to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and other teams to enhance brand awareness and drive B2B marketing effort.
- Plan and implement marketing initiatives aimed at reaching target audiences via appropriate channels, including: Social media, Email, Channel-specific media., Etc.
- Use data-driven insights (e.g., campaign results, conversion metrics) to evaluate performance and continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Take ownership of assigned individual marketing tasks as part of the broader marketing plan.
- Develop and manage ongoing marketing strategies for all channel accounts with clear ROI focus and detailed execution plans.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment, offering support across departments as needed—including occasional tradeshow attendance and training activities.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing-related role within IT industry, focused on B2B markets; experience in Channel Marketing or working a vendor is a plus.
- Relevant higher education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
- Proven experience in developing and managing marketing content.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, both traditional and digital channels (e.g. social media), as well as market research.
- Experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office; design software and data apps is a plus.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Commercial awareness and a creative mindset.
- Fluently in English—both spoken and written.
- A team player who can also work independently, with high self-motivation and a drive to deliver impactful results.
