TP-Link Nordic has established office in Sweden since 2013. To enhance the operation team (10 members today) accompanied by growing business, we’re looking for a Planning and Delivery Specialist. Job role and responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales team to monitor day-to-day all sales project progress and stock demands & Inventory Control.
- Manage weekly replenishment cycles and execute data-driven allocation to ensure stock reaches the right channel at the right time.
- Communication Coordination: Handle internal and external communications, ensuring timely transmission of information.
- Forecasting & Strategy: Build and maintain rolling forecasts by analyzing sales trends, seasonal patterns, marketing campaign plans, and channel-specific strategies.
- Proceed orders, follow up logistics and perform daily communication directly with Nordic clients.
- Set up BID price list and calculate rebates for distributors and key accounts.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- At least bachelor’s degree in any disciplinary.
- You have at least 2 years experience in related positions as sales assistant, accounting, data analyst or logistic specialist.
- Proficiency in MS-Office software, with special emphasis on Excel.
- Ability to liaise closely with partners and other departments and cope well under the pressure of tight deadlines on numerous projects.
- Eager to learn and develop, quick to grasp new knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to independently complete assigned tasks.
